OUTREACH

I care deeply about outreach. I believe through outreach we can give back to our mentors, and shape the next generation of scientists. I love inspiring kids, being a role model and letting them know that they can do whatever they want to do, there is no limit!

That is why I've been the outreach leader at UCSC for a few years, where I've organized many star parties. 

I've helped organize  'La Noche de las Estrellas' at Lick Observatory, where students visit schools, and prepare students, mainly latinos for a visit at Lick Observatory. I've also been the keynote speaker at Expand Your Horizons event at Hartnell College.

Additionally, I've been the head instructor at 'Lamat' program at UCSC, as well as mentor students in this program.
